Thomas Lahart created Flight Foods to unite faith, fitness, and clean nutrition under one mission, helping people fuel their training while honoring the body as a temple.
Founded in 2020, Flight Foods began when Thomas, an entrepreneur and athlete, saw a gap in the supplement world: products that support real performance and reflect Christian values.
After attending SEEK23, a Catholic conference for young adults, Thomas felt a clear calling to build a company rooted in integrity, stewardship, and faith.
