Flight Foods was founded in 2020 by Thomas Lahart, an entrepreneur and athlete who saw a gap in the supplement market: a need for products that not only fueled physical performance but aligned with Christian values.

After attending SEEK23—a Catholic conference for young adults—Thomas felt a calling to create a supplement company built on integrity, stewardship, and faith. Inspired by talks encouraging fitness as a form of honoring the Creator, Flight Foods was born:
