The founder’s flight plan
Thomas didn’t sell a stack. He lived it first.
Thomas Lahart started Flight Foods in 2020 from his dorm room at Auburn, where he was training to become a pilot. Hence the name. He mixed his own formulas, trained on them daily, and built the brand on the verse his mom sent him: “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
Why we exist
Your body is a temple. Train it like one.
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?” (1 Corinthians 6:19) Flight Foods exists for athletes who refuse to separate the weight room from the rest of their faith. That’s why we’re built different, on purpose: bold formulas, honest labels, no hype and no shortcuts.
| Flight Foods vs. others | Flight Foods | Others |

| Formula quality | Bold formulas with purposeful, performance-level dosages | Under-dosed formulas padded with filler |
| Community | Built with the people: pop-ups, giveaways and real connection | Transactional customers, limited engagement |

Our chaplain
Fr. Rafael Capó
“The Bodybuilding Priest” · Archdiocese of Miami
Before Flight Foods had a single tub, Father Capó gave Thomas the phrase that became our compass: be fit for the Kingdom. Strong in body, mind and spirit, trained for something bigger than the mirror.
A Catholic priest who evangelizes through the gym, Father Capó meets people under the barbell and walks them back toward the altar, one rep and one conversation at a time. As our chaplain, he keeps the mission ahead of the margins.
“Flight Foods is making an impact with amazing supplements that are part of a bigger mission than just fitness & nutrition.”Fr. Rafael Capó, Flight Foods chaplainFollow Father Capó

The protein smells like fresh baked cinnamon rolls and the taste does not disappoint. Easily one of the best proteins I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot).

The electrolyte recovery blend tastes so good. Customer service is also amazing.
★★★★★
Great flavor that mixes easily and no nasty aftertaste. Good with 8oz or 32oz of water.
